I am married and I am a homeschool mom. I originally started school in 2006 to be a medical assistant, I completed all academic training but quickly learned on my externship that the career was not for me. Since then I've worked at several assisted living facilities, starting as kitchen help, then to lead cook, eventually working as a residential aide. Although, I have worked for edible arrangements since 2014, I lost my job due to covid when we shut down. I am trying to get my foot in the door of the medical field again and decided to start with something that I know. I am currently enrolled in college for a degree in the mental health field, which I've discovered is my true calling. Which will lead to a quality about myself some might not like, I do like to talk. I'm very good at it, and mixed with my friendly personality, people seem to open up to me quickly...I love to help and the simple acts of kindness go a long way. I never called in sick, and I've been late to work twice in 6 years.
