I am a retired nurse who worked for Cook Childrens for 10 years as well as nursing homes in Chicago, Canada and Michigan. I ended up working as a Director with Cook Childrens and retired so I could spend time watching my children grow up and participate in their activities with them. Prior to nursing school I worked as nursing aide in a nursing home and then proceeded to get my medication aide certificate.
