Best way I can describe why I love being a caregiver is to serve. This is my way of doing Gods will by caring for his people. I am very passionate about caring for those who cannot care for themselves. It just comes naturally to me. It is my passion.

I have worked with adult brain injured clients. At one point I cared for a client for 7 years whom had multiple sclerosis. She was non ambulatory. I took her to Dr appointments, cooked for her, assisted with daily living tasks, showers, and much more. I have also worked in nursing facilities that included dementia and alzheimers units.

I am cna certified by the state of Texas. I have my CPR and BSL certification. I can transfer, use a hoyer lifts, do range of motion, bath, adl's, assist to the toilet, also bed baths if patient is bedbound, etc. I am also very adamant about paying attention to detail of any skins issues, etc. Communication is very important to me about everything.
