I was a live in caregiver for the sweetest 93 year old for about a year where I took care of her nightly routine of getting dinner ready, her bath ready, prepping clothes and getting her into bed. I also helped with her morning routine in which I had to help her wake up and take her meds and make breakfast for her. I loved this experience because I realized our older folks just need a listening ear and if we younger generations really listens to them and the beautiful experiences they had, we would learn so much from them.
