My husband and I have 3 children (9, 11, and 13). We raise pigs, chickens, turkeys, rabbits and have a vegetable garden. We enjoy exploring the outdoors and spend time hiking, bicycling, and camping.
I volunteered and worked in a Montessori school for several years when our children were younger and started training to become a Montessori teacher before deciding to homeschool. My husband and I cared for my brother who had cerebral palsy and complex medical needs (trach, feeding tube, incontinent, full physical support) around the clock for over 20 years until he passed from complications from status epilepticus. We also were privileged to provide 8 months of end of life care for my mom after she was diagnosed with late stage cancer.
We prefer to provide care in our home integrated into our regular daily living and have experience in childcare, special needs care, elder care, complex medical needs care and end of life care.
Rates determined on a case by case basis.
