I have been a CNA for four years now. I started my career at Lexington court , In Short Pump Va. I quickly realized how important it is to have one on one care for the elderly with life changes that affect people in different ways as we age. I have taken care of both my parents in addition and I know how important it is to someone to be able to stay at home as long as they can. I have seen people remain stronger mentally and physically because they were able to be at home surrounded by what they have accomplished through out their lives. I am over joyed to help my clients one one with daily exercise medication reminders activities of daily living , while personally learning and sharing experiences about the lives my clients have lived.
