I enjoy working independently with individuals and am available to provide a wide range of human services:

~ Companionship Care for our wise elders (errands, light cooking /cleaning, etc. (sorry, not personal care)
~ Mentoring Care for the children
~ General home/business Assistance and Support

I have over 10 years of experience and a background in social work, hospice care, education, child and family mentoring, mindfulness and mind/body/spirit connection. I also speak Spanish, am a Certified Peer Specialist, and currently work as a Care Coordinator at Region Ten's Crisis Stabilization Unit - Wellness Recovery Center.

My working model is strength-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed and I continuously strive for honesty, compassion, and authenticity. I seek to create a strong and supportive human-to-human connection with those who I have the honor to work with, so that all may benefit.
