My name is Emily. Some call me Emmy, most that are close to me refer to me as Em. As a younger high school student, and even some before I developed a deep passion for others. I am a "people person". I usually gravitate to those who may have special needs, unwanted or the underdog. Throughout high school I began caring for children/adults with special needs and it continued into providing my livelihood throughout my older teens and young adulthood. I find great satisfaction in helping others. I have cared for those with severe mental and physical disabilities; including, but not limited to, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, quadriplegic, bipolar disorder, and other disorders. With THAT being said, I care for all. It is a true blessing to me to see others receive the help we all need and deserve. I enjoy making others happy and helping them create their own happiness. Whatever that may be, whether it be helping a child with homework so "Mom" can go get groceries, or caring for the newborn so "Dad" can rest, or going to care for the sick or elderly. Whatever it may be, it helps put my life and problems at ease, knowing I am still capable and able to help others. It has become my life, to help others, it's a joy I can't even explain. I have had experience as a Nanny, for a family with 5 children in FL, I had normal "Nanny" duties, ranging from errands, helping with children bath time, homework help, travelling assistance, taking to and from practices, etc. whatever the family needs to fill in the gap. I want to be that person who "fills in the gap" for you.
