I feel like the elderly deserve the respect, dignity and compassion for the time they have left to enjoy of life. They have given to everyone all their lives so now it’s their turn to be treated right. I enjoy children, elderly and and animals, the ones that need someone to speak up for them and take care of them. I’m a nurturing person.
I have been a full time caregiver for around 5 years. I worked at a Health and Rehabilitation for almost 3 years then decided I wanted to help the elderly with their medical needs in their homes for as long as possible. I was a Pharmacy Technician for 12 years. I am a mother to a daughter who is a flight paramedic. I also have an Associate degree in Human Services/ Early Childhood Education.
