Tried to set up a time to meet to discuss the job, after confirming time/day to meet she never showed up. Texted/called an hour after the time to meet and she never responded. I wouldn't trust someone like this to watch my children. I understand that things happen or come up but there is no excuse to not at least have the maturity to communicate and say you're not coming or no longer interested.
