I love being a caregiver because caring for others comes naturally to me. I genuinely enjoy helping people maintain their independence while making sure they feel respected, comfortable, and supported. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or simply being a dependable presence, I find fulfillment in making life a little easier for others and their families.
Caregiving has been a meaningful part of my life for many years, both personally and professionally. I’ve worked as a PCA and DSP supporting elderly individuals and those with developmental disabilities, helping with personal care, companionship, daily routines, medication reminders, meal prep, mobility support, and creating a safe, comfortable environment.

On a personal level, caregiving is especially close to my heart. I cared for my mother after she lost the use of her legs following a spinal stimulator accident, and from the age of 12 to 20, I helped care for a close family member with developmental disabilities. These experiences shaped my compassion, patience, and deep understanding of what quality care truly means. I genuinely love being someone families can trust to care for their loved ones with kindness, dignity, and respect.
I have worked with a few home health care companies over the last few years; Heavenly Hands, Comfort Care, Care Advantage, HLA Home Health Care and Excel In Care Home Health which is where I’m currently employed. I ah e had CPR training and I am interested in obtaining my Med Tech certification.
