I recently retired after a 40 year career in social services. My husband has retired also and we now spend our time doing the things we enjoy: gardening, traveling, kayaking , bike riding and family activities with our 7 year old granddaughter. During the course of my career I worked with all age and income groups, the last 15 years with seniors. After several months of retirement I find that I miss being involved with others and have been looking for volunteer or part time activities. I don't want to do personal care but am interested in companion services, transportation and performing errands or light housekeeping. I am available on a part time basis and feel I am optimistic, energetic and have a good sense of humor. I'm compassionate, honest and trustworthy.
