I have experience helping older seniors doing gardening, house cleaning, cooking, organizing rooms or the garage, helping to downsize, going shopping, giving them meds, being their transportation, etc.

For the last month, and until Jan 4, 2018 I am helping a 95 year old women. I've been bathing her using bucket and sponges, cooking, talking, giving meds, shopping, got rid of expired food/pills in the house, given her leg massages, organized a few closets, and done some cleaning.

I have been cooking Italian food (mostly) since I as a child but also cooked vegetarian for a retreat center and on a recent trip to India.

I CANNOT lift adults and am allergic to dogs (other animals are OK).

My hourly rate is $22 as an employee, on the books, plus gas at IRS rate for any trips to the doctor or for shopping etc.

I live in Bay Ridge and have a car.

I recently had a criminal background check here on care.com and I had a drivers record check done, too. I have a copy of the drivers record since the state I was living in (WA) does not give that information to anyone other than insurance companies and the driver.
