Hello! My name is Anastasia. I recently moved to the U.S. from Ukraine and bring with me a warm heart, strong hands, and a deep respect for older generations. I believe every person deserves to feel safe, heard, and cared for — especially in their golden years.

❤️ Why do I love being a caregiver?
Because caring for others is part of who I am. I’ve always enjoyed listening to life stories, sharing kind moments, and supporting people who need it. I see caregiving not just as a job, but as an opportunity to make someone’s day better and their life more comfortable.

👩‍⚕️ What experience do I have?
I have experience supporting elderly individuals with daily tasks, companionship, light housekeeping, and meal prep.

I’ve helped family members and neighbors who needed assistance with mobility and emotional support.

Back home, I volunteered with elderly neighbors, helping them with shopping, laundry, and social connection.

I’m also a mother — so caregiving, patience, and compassion are in my nature.

Light personal care (meal prep, dressing, hygiene support)
