Hi, I’m Praise! Being a caregiver brings me such a deep joy because I love building meaningful, one-on-one connections. I find so much value in slowing down, offering support, and being present with my clients. I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and cared for, especially in their later years.

I have experience providing direct care to individuals with complex emotional and physical needs, including my time as a Direct Care Professional. That role solidified my ability to respond with empathy, patience, and calm in emotionally charged or high-stress situations.

I’m trained in Crisis Prevention and Intervention, and I hold certifications in CPR and First Aid, so safety and well-being are always top priorities. I'm also comfortable with light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and creating routines that bring comfort and stability.
