Teresa’s Bio
I have been a Independent home caregiver helping elderly and disabled clients since 2009 for state contractor Consumer Direct of Washington. I have now decided to offer services for private clients needing care because I am semi- retired now but still very active and capable of helping others on a part time basis. I can offer general house cleaning, laundry, food shopping, cooking/meal prep, light errands to post office or prescription pickup etc, take to appointments in town, companionship and fun activities. Im not able to physically lift clients or do transfers anymore but can help keep steady. Im available Tuesdays and Thursdays after 10 AM but have some flexibility to adjust to meet your needs. Teresa bonded with my kids immediately. She had them teach her some of our board games which kept them engaged with an activity that wasn’t screen related. They had an absolute blast with her!
