I spent the past three years working full time for a man in his 90’s with vascular dementia. I first met him as his Pilates Instructor because he was on a Senior tennis team and the goal was to keep him strong and moving. Covid arrived and I became his full time companion. Towards the end we were doing over night shifts and I help to transition him into memory care. The job was amazing. We did everything in the city we could find that he wanted to do, see, explore. He has been a Physics Professor at UW, traveled much of the world, and extensive library, Sounders Fan, member of all the museums too. A truly wonder job.

I have returned to teaching Pilates and am seeking a similar companion position. I have a college degree and have done half of my MBA. I raised three kids and many animals. I enjoy working with people in the age range of 80 plus. I have devised a Pilates routine for elders that I can teach them in home. I like errands, appointments, cooking and staying active with all types of interests.

I am interested in 20 hours a week ideally with one person. I am a companion and consider myself someone that would extend your loved ones quality of life. I am available for Private Senior Pilates in home as well as being an engaging companion.
