She's amazing! Lyndsay watched our 2 year old daughter for a few months and was absolutely amazing. Always early, super flexible with staying an hour later, prepared healthy meals and snacks, as well as took the initiative to come up with different activities (arts and crafts, sensory table, music, etc.).
If our situation changes, I'd hire her back in a heartbeat!
