My Mother suffered from Alzheimer's very badly, she passed this year. I was heavy involved with her care in every aspect. My Mother's sister also passed from Alzheimer's & my cousin & I worked together to help them both. Now my Dad's eldest sister also has it & I just spent a month in England caring for her.

When we lived in Florida we had friends who ran a home for the elderly I would drive some of the people to events & run errands & participate in their fun activities.

I am the youngest in my family on both sides as my Mother & Father were both the youngest in theirs, all my relatives even my cousins are much older than myself.

I was brought up to respect my elders, my Grandfather had a stroke when I was young & to be kind, patient, friendly & do physical care as well as psychological & mental simulation.

I am a mother of 3 children and therefore there is little I can't handle in terms of housekeeping, care & everything that goes with being a Mother.

I am not afraid of physical limitations my Mother was incontinent for 6 years. I do not flinch at care & recognize we all grow old & the elderly should be treated in the same way we value our children, not set aside as if they are second hand citizens or a burden.

Generally I am outgoing, good sense of humor regardless of stress or the situation, kind, comforting & fun to be with.

Reliable, caring, honest & willing to learn & most of all compassionate.
