My background in nursing and as a musician and music teacher merged with my caregiving. I love to bring all of this to watching over someone and bring them to looking forward to our time together. I bring my client's favorite activities to the schedule that are also great for the heart and mind.

My past year, I took care of a retired physicist who had diabetes, Parkinson's and progressing Alzheimer's. I watched over him head to toe, as a nurse, but we focused also on having fun in ways I knew were valuable too. I found it easy to "converse" for hours with him, since I stayed with him in his reality and made it about warmth and fun and friendship.
