I have cared for my wife for the past 3 years after she had a stroke and endured 4 brain surgeries, a seizure and recovery. I managed all household work, cared for her hygienic and medication needs and training transported her to and from her surgeries and many Hospital and doctor visits.
I am a life long pet lover. My wife and I have had one or more dogs at all times during our 25 year marriage. Presently we have our 6-pound, 2 year old shitzu/ chihuahua mix named Bingo.
After my wife had her stroke, I retired from a 45- year career as an architect and we moved to Wisconsin from California to be with her children and family.
