My name is India. I am a 21-year-old college student going into my sophomore year this fall. I am majoring in Human Development and family sciences with an emphasis on family social services. When I graduate I aspire to be a social worker, preferably in a high school.
I have worked with the elderly for 2 years at a caregiving facility. I have experience with a wide range of patients. From patients with dementia to patients who only need help with basic needs.
I think this job is a good fit for me because it is a good balance of work and school. caring for people is what I love to do so it wouldn't be a barrier for me considering my heavy course load. I will be using this job to pay what I owe out of pocket to the school.
