Im currently a Quality of Life Coordinator, with 3 consecutive years of experience in the field of Life Enrichment.
I began my career journey servicing a wide demographic of the aging population, but quickly learned that my heart is truly in working with seniors living with dementia.

I’m certified in the MOSAIC Philosophy. MOSAIC stands for memories, opportunities, social, active, intellectual, and creative.
The philosophy teaches a specialized technique focusing on building an individualized, person-centered approach for each individual. The goal is to fully engage the person and inspire action through creatively utilizing important components of their life.

I recognize the incredible importance in the work I do and feel blessed to have the privilege of loving my job so deeply.

The only downside of my current community role is that I don’t get the opportunity to spend my whole day working with one person (no matter how much I wish I could do that with each and every one of my residents). So I’m incredibly excited at the potential of finding an individual to work with on a more personal level.
