I’ve been working in healthcare since 2005, beginning my career as a CNA. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in a variety of settings, including long-term care and nursing homes, where I advanced from CNA to LPN, RN, and later served as an Infection Control and Staff Education Nurse. I’ve also worked in childcare, caring for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old on an Air Force base, and in assisted living as an RN Clinical and Quality Coordinator.
What drives me is my passion for helping others. Whether it’s assisting with daily activities such as dressing, toileting, and medication reminders, or simply being present to listen, I believe every interaction matters. To me, getting to know each individual—their preferences, routines, and what brings them joy—is essential to providing meaningful care and supporting the highest possible quality of life.
