I am a 30 year old mother of two children. A girl who is 14, and a 9 month old son. I became a caregiver In 2005 and fell inlove with it. There is nothing more pleasant then seeing a smile on another person's face and knowing i am the cause in it. It is one of the greatest feelings one could ever feel. I can definitely say, I do not see myself In a career that doesn't involve caring for others in some way. I have taken the CPR course multiple times over the years, I have also taken tornado/fire safety, and I am certified In medication management. I am also currently doing volunteer work at the Harbor House In Appleton, WI. Which involves caring for up to 7 children at one time. I absolutely love volunteering there And love seeing soo many smiles and creativity fill the room.
