Karen is absolutely amazing and I would strongly recommend her for anybody looking for a great sitter! She's extremely communicative, friendly, and responsible. She's also incredibly sweet and I had no problem trusting her with my one-year-old while we were visiting Milwaukee for a family wedding.
We interviewed Karen for a position and she asked excellent questions and really wanted to know all about my children and their needs. She has a bubbly and positive personality and expressed a wonderful philosophy towards raising children. She clearly loves kids, understands that raising children takes a village, and I got the impression she'd take care of mine as if they were her own. I know if we would have hired her we would have been happy to have her but decided to go with someone whose schedule fits ours better. I hope she finds a wonderful family.
