1. Sweep and mop the floors of all rooms (bathroom and bedrooms , living and family)
2. Clean the vanity , toilet and shower of bathrooms
3. Clean the windows 5 windows and 2 sliding doors.
Single floor home only. 1 living , 1 family room , 3 bedrooms.
size - small to medium.1400 sqft home
Need to know how much time would it take to clean this.
Need to know only ONE person who applying is going to come to clean and no one else ?
Need to know the confirmed rate.
