Hello! We are a positive and busy family of four, with mom and dad working from home, and two kids under 4 largely out of the home during the day. Flexible on day but ideally a Tuesday or Friday. If you are nearby and can split the 6 - 8 hrs into two days, then that's even better!

We are looking for someone with energy to come and help our household run more smoothly. We have a light and airy apartment to work from with views of the ocean, it's a nice place to be!

Duties in our 1300sq ft apartment include: cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms, floors, carpets, kitchen, living room and other cleaning duties. Laundry and laundry folding. Possible help with meals and meal prep, although this is less important.

We ideally would love to find someone with child supervision experience to help us occasionally if the kids are off school, or for babysitting nights, but we can discuss that as a separate need. We also work from home in dual use spaces, so require someone who is familiar with what this entails - potentially stopping noisy tasks if someone is on a call, keeping chats to a minimum, etc.
