I'm a busy professor with a very old home -- so I have "fix it" jobs from time to time. In the short-term, I have some indoor and outdoor painting and carpentry work that needs completion.

I provide the wood, hardware, paint basic tools (I have a table saw).

Just send me a quick paragraph about your carpentry or experience with home repairs.

Required: must not wear cologne or perfume when inside my house for installation
Bonus: if you do not use scented fabric softener or laundry detergent.
Mask required at all times indoors. I will wear one too.

Pay can be negotiated upward according to experience.
