We are looking for an *hourly* rate cleaner to come in once or twice a month for 5-8 hours to do cleaning of kitchens/baths and to help with laundry, organizing and tidying up. Must have professional experience in housekeeping with references.

Two-story home with finished basement level. Approx 4500 sq ft. Hardwood throughout main level and basement. Upstairs level has carpet. Tile in all baths.

Need help organizing and putting things away. Need the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned each visit and possibly help with help with the laundry and bed linens.

We are seeking someone detail oriented, pro-active, self starter, efficient with their time, reliable, hard working, and organized.

We have two dogs one medium one large.

We also work in real estate and have rentals and also find ourselves periodically needing tenant move out cleans and post construction cleans on properties we renovate.
