My wife and I have a 3 bed / 3.5 bath townhouse in Novi, and we are looking for someone to come in M-F, for a total of 16 hours a week.

Weekly pay: $400 - based on a $25/hour rate

We will need the following done on a daily basis:

Daily tasks
1. Cook a basic breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast, etc..)
2. Do 1 load of laundry - wash/dry/fold/put away
3. Do the dishes
4. Wipe down shower
5. Vacuum entire apartment
6. Wipe down of kitchen surfaces + 2 bathroom surfaces
7. Take out the trash, replenish trash bags

Additionally, on 1 day of the week, we will need the space fully cleaned:

Full Cleaning tasks
1. Vacuum / mop the floors
2. Clean all 3.5 bathroooms
3. Wipe down all surfaces in the kitchen and 3 bedrooms
4. Change bed sheets
5. Run dishwasher cleaning cycle
6. Among a handful of other items

4 days a week - daily tasks (9am to 11:30am)
1 day a week - daily tasks + full cleaning (9am to 3pm)
