We are a 3-person (all adults), 1-dog household. Our dog, Tucker, is a Great Pyrenees, which if you don't know, means A LOT of hair and slobber. I know, UGH!, but he is the reason I'm looking for help to clean/keep our house clean.

The rooms I'd like regularly cleaned are the main kitchen, kitchenette, bedrooms (2), bathrooms (2.5), family/tv rooms (2), dining room, and connecting hallways. Downstairs is mostly hardwood, tile, and carpet in the bedroom and dining room with an area rug in the family room; upstairs is mostly carpet, tile, and hardwood in the kitchenette.

On each visit, I'd like for someone to mop the hardwood and tile, vacuum the carpet, clean the bathroom toilets (3) and sinks/counters (4), showers (2) and tub (1), wipe out the microwaves (2) and the appliance fronts off, spot clean cabinet fronts, and dust surfaces where needed. Extra bedroom and its bath, study, mudroom, and laundry room will not need to be cleaned.
