I have a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cape that I need assistance with regularly cleaning and upkeep. I'm looking for someone who can start with sweeping, dusting, cleaning windows, cleaning kitchen, bathroom, vacuuming where necessary, washing of the floors throughout the house. We have a mix of flooring - from vinyl, to wood, to tile. The total living area is about 1500 sq ft. I'm interested in finding out what the costs are for cleaning, on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly basis is. As well as the cost for organization. Need assistance with organization in kitchen and closets. I'd also be interested in what the cost is for also handling the laundry, changing of the bed sheets.

I also have some updates I'd like help with. We have 2 outdoor lights that need to be installed as well as hardware on kitchen cabinets.
