2 bedroom/2 full bath apartment that is less than 1000 sqft total. Moving out in 2 months. Would like service to deep clean the apartment and maintain until move out. Areas requiring deep cleaning includes:
*Electric stove and oven
*Microwave
*Refrigerator
*Dishwasher
*Two full bathrooms with bathtub/shower combination
*Any areas identified by cleaner which requires additional attention

Normal cleaning includes:
*70% linoleum flooring/30% carpet (carpet only in bedrooms and closets) - sweep/vacuum and mop. Have vacuum on location.
*Kitchen/dining room - all surfaces
*Laundry room
*Bathrooms - all surfaces
*Dusting of cabinets, blinds, vents, and ceiling fans (normal ceiling height, no raised ceiling)
*General cleaning of parts of the interior of the apartment not included in this list

I work from home, require punctuality if cleaning during work hours. After hours and weekends more flexible. Rate dependent upon experience and effort.
