Need regular house cleaning service for 2,500 sw foot townhouse with 4 bedrooms (2 active). Not a move in/out, no renters, owner-owned. We keep our house tidy, but need regular service floors, tubs/toilets, countertops and general cleaning. Currently use a cleaning service that is getting more expensive. Estimate rate is not set by me, must be provided by the service.
