We're a just starting out family with a healthy, well behaved 3 month old daughter! We both work from home, and have a nice, well trained cat (stays off eating/cooking surfaces, litter outside). We believe in the continued presence of the mother and interaction in our daughter's daily growth but due to various circumstances, the mom must return to work, but can easily break away to support. The house is laid back, our schedules allow for continued interaction throughout the day.

Polish-English speaking nanny requirement.

Must have at least 10 years experience with children, and particularly newborns. Light cleanup like baby bottles, running dishwasher or load of laundry and some help with meal prep (we have maids and the house is clean and not cluttered already), so the focus is on the newborn:)

Requirements are: to have the safety certifications working with newborns, experience handling infants, background check, reference from previous role would be helpful.

Important that the nanny is engaged with our daughter and continues nurturing during her development (for instance, our daughter loves to be held and look at colorful paintings, so we've been hanging more up for her to enjoy!) but also, continue to add Polish language and culture to her daily life, the father is fluent but born here, and we celebrate various events (and the food, honestly, we love the food). Being exposed to it for just a few hours a day is helpful for her to have that as part of her growing up experience. (We're going to make his mother's Pierogi recipe from scratch this Wigilia).

We understand we're on the farther side of town, and will offer a gas stipend and/or other increases to salary if necessary to compensate for the extra miles. Our house is large and relaxing, we both have an easy schedule so this is really being Polish nanny to our daughter in the nice old traditional sense! We look forward to meeting you!
