Nigh time routine is vital to their mornings.
Phones and screens need to be off/taken away at a certain hour every night. These rules are already in place. So nothing new or unexpected. Chores are usually done before I leave for work if not they have one assigned chore each day & it varies. Dinner and food is provided & prepared before I leave as well. Although occasionally light cooking is to be expected.
