Our primary need is to care for our 20-month-old. Her current routine is she wakes around 7 a.m. & goes down for a 2-3-hour nap around 11 a.m. Ideally would like someone who can spend a full workday with her 8am-5pm, three or at most four days per week (have some flexibility with start/end time). My husband works from home, but travels and I have a job that takes me into the office and requires some nights and weekends.
Our 20-month-old begins pre-school in August (1/2 days, 3x a week) so at that time we would transition to mostly needing afternoon care & maybe an hour of morning care before her school drop-off (school begins at 8:50).
