We have a 2.5 months old baby girl and in need of a full-time nanny with 8am to 4pm (8 hours) for all weekdays. We are located in Belmont, CA. My wife is starting work soon, so we are looking to create a schedule that helps with her smooth transition into work in coming weeks. I work from home 2 days a week and my wife plans to work all 5 days at home.
