Part-time Nanny for Two Young Kids

My husband and I have two kids: a boy named Corben and a girl named Cayden.
We are looking for a sitter/nanny that we can rely on for the weekends. We are also hoping this person is comfortable traveling with us when applicable. One of our kids is special needs so we will need to be sure that the person we chose to care for both kids has special needs experience.
