We are caring, patient, and attentive first-time parents looking for an amazing nanny to care for and love our baby! We are practicing “Gentle Parenting” and are looking for a nanny who will align with our parenting style and house rules. I will be working from home and stepping away from my home office to breastfeed. My husband usually works outside the home three days a week. Sometimes Grandma will travel from Iran and stay with us for a month.
You are a loving, warm, and talkative nanny who is well-equipped to care for an 11-month-old baby and help her reach milestones. You are great at teaching and supervising daily life skills with unlimited patience and clear communication. You are comfortable with a positive form of discipline that will deter undesirable behavior as she grows, and you are passionate about working with infants and toddlers.
Engaging the baby in age-appropriate play, games, and enrichment, food prep for the baby (when she is napping), diaper changing, age-appropriate sensory play, following parents’ preferred routine for naps, helping create baby’s routine with the parents, baby laundry, organizing toys, cleaning toys, cleaning baby’s play area weekly, and occasionally driving baby to doctor’s appointments, etc.
