We are Natalie, Sam and baby Max. Max is currently 4 months old, although he was born about a month early. Both Natalie and Sam work from home (Natalie full time, Sam hybrid). We also have two antisocial older cats.
We are looking for a nanny to take care of Max while we work. We are looking for a nanny that can integrate with the family and hopefully stay with Max for a couple years. Eventually as Max gets older we are looking for someone to take him out on outing as well as caring for him at home.
Max is currently receiving some in home physical therapy, so we will also need someone to continue to work on any of the exercises from the therapy.
As we both work from home our schedule can be more flexible as needed. We are currently looking for ~30 hours a week, but may need to adjust over time
