We are looking for a **reliable and trustworthy individual** to assist with afternoon childcare starting next month. The ideal candidate must have a **reliable vehicle** and a **clean driving record**.

**Responsibilities:**
- Pick up our 4-year-old from ABA school at **4 PM** in **Berlin, CT**, and bring home in **North Windham, CT**).
- Help our child settle in after school, assist with preparing him for dinner, and manage his energy as he prepares for bed.
- Oversee homework time for our two older, self-sufficient children (ages 8 and 9), though the main focus will be on our 4-year-old.
- Occasionally assist parents with general evening routines.

**Requirements:**
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Experience with young children and a positive, patient attitude.
- Must be dog-friendly.

Mother works remotely between **2-8 PM**, so need assistance with pickups, transitions from school, and evening prep.
