Looking for an experienced and professional nanny for the summer to look after my 12 month old baby girl while my husband and I work from home. Must be caring, warm, energetic, extremely communicative, responsible and have experience with babies 1-2 years old. Baby has only been cared by us thus far, but want her to have exposure to other caregivers.
Need to fulfill all nanny duties (diaper changes, milk feedings, solids, developmentally appropriate play-time, tidying/organization and baby laundry, excursions with baby). Meal prep for baby. Ideally some household tidying and clean-ups while baby naps.
Someone who is just proactive and helpful; sees what needs doing and does it! Someone who anticipates and has common sense and go getter attitude.

Part-time hours either a few full days a week or a few hours most days. Exact schedule to be designed around the right person. Summer only (until end of Sept), but possibility for extension.
Must be willing to be paid on the books. Background check and multiple references required. CPR/First-Aid certified. Must have car and must swim! Needs to be comfortable with pets (2 cats) and going up and down stairs.
Spanish speaking a plus.
