Sweet, fun and heavy eight month old boy

My husband & I recently moved to Winter Park from Atlanta. We have an eight month old boy and a three-year-old English springer spaniel. Both love attention and to play! Our son is 25-lbs so he is a heavy one. We are in need of help so that I can work from home and get some things done outside of the house, and date nights.
Watch, play, feed, and do nap and bedtime routine with baby and occasionally let dog outside to go to the bathroom.
Schedule is flexible. Ideally want someone 2-3 days and evenings a week. Person must have their own transportation to house in Winter Park. Must have previous Nannying experience.
