We are young, fun and easy going new parents who are expecting our first baby this summer. We both work full-time but have fairly flexible jobs that enable us to be home a few days of the week. We’re lookin for a full-time nanny who can help with the baby and around the house Monday-Friday. We love to spend time with family, workout, jam out to music, host friends for dinner and great margaritas, constantly evolving in our careers and challenge ourselves to be better humans every day. Julian is from Colombia and speaks fluent Spanish so it is important to us to find a nanny who can speak Spanish to our baby while taking care of them so that they can learn as well. Rachel also wants to learn but it's a work in progress. :)
•Provide care for our newborn, including feeding, diaper changes, and engaging in developmental activities.
• Collaborating with us to establish a daily routine that meets our child's needs.
• Planning and organizing age-appropriate activities, outings, and adventures to encourage learning and development.
•Maintaining open and clear communication with us
•Assisting with light household duties, such as baby laundry, cleaning up after the baby, washing dishes, etc.
- Speak in Spanish to our baby while at home but be comfortable enough with English to communicate with Rachel
There may be some weeks where we’d like to exchange time during the week for a date night out on the weekend.
We'd also love someone who is able and willing to travel on trips with us periodically.
We are both hard working team players in our marriage and expect the same from our nanny. There may be days were we come home mid day and can help with the baby but would then love help with things around the house.
