We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children. We have three kids, 7 year-old daughter, and two boys ages 5 and 1. Our daughter is easy and very helpful with her brothers. Our 5-year-old is nonverbal and autistic. He is a sweet and active boy, and the baby is a breeze. We don't have a particular schedule we are looking for yet, just someone to consistently help us on a part time basis. Again we are very flexible so I think it will just be about communication when it comes to the schedule
Just keep them happy and healthy. Play with them and keep them safe. Feed them when they get hungry, put the baby down for a nap, change diapers as needed etc
