Part time afternoon/ evening sitter for a preschooler and an infant

Hi we have two kids (3 years and 6 months by August). We are looking for a part time nanny 5 days a week to include pickup after school/ daycare, take the kids home and get the settled in while my husband and I get back home from work
Pickup from school and bring kids home, prepare snacks, small chores like (kids laundry, light housework include keeping the house cleaning, washing kids dishes, make small grocery/ supermarket runs), keep them company till we get home.
We will need a sitter from approximately 3pm-7pm Mon-Fri.
