We are looking for part-time care for our 22 month old son (in August 2024) - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 8:30 to 4:30/5:00. We live in Oak Park, near parks, a splash pad, a library, and many places for easy outside adventures. Our basement is a carpeted, finished space where you and our son can spend time, playing, doing art, and exploring while we both work from home! Our older son who is 8 will be in summer camps/school and in the care of my husband and I.
We are looking for a loving nanny to play, engage, and care for our active, fun loving, 22 month old (in August 2024)! The responsibilities include feeding him lunch and snacks, changing diapers, putting him down for a nap (he sleeps for 2 hours and falls asleep independently), and structuring his play and activities. He loves being outside, taking walks, reading, art, and exploring his toys!
Our priority is for a caregiver to attune to, enjoy spending time with and engaging our son. We would love someone who is comfortable being creative and coming up with interesting and fun ways to spend the day! We have no expectation for laundry, dishes, or light chores. Taking care of our son is the priority!
