Hi! We are looking for a long-term nanny starting on July 8 for our 4-month-old and 4-year-old daughters (full days with baby, half days with preschooler). We are located near Arlington Center and both mom and dad work from home.

We are looking for someone kind, reliable, and trustworthy with a love for caring for children.

Responsibilities include:
- Playing, reading, arts and crafts, with a focus on age-appropriate activities and meeting developmental milestones
- Handling feeding, changing, naps
- Bringing kids to activities outside the house (parks, library, etc.) and finding engaging activities for kids to attend
- Driving 4-year-old to and from preschool
- Child-related meal prep, laundry, and tidying

Hours will be 8-5 Monday-Thursday, with Friday hours as needed (likely every other week). 2 weeks PTO, paid holidays and 5 paid sick days. Pay will be on the books.

Requirements:
- Experience nannying for both infants and preschoolers
- Clean driving record, very safe driver
- Clean background check
- CPR + first aid certified
- Comfortable with dogs (we have a large, very sweet dog)
- Able to provide multiple references
- Up-to-date on vaccinations
- Excellent communication, fluent in English
- Non-smoker
